Improve TB detection and treatment among children via systematic screening at high-volume hospital outpatient departments and household contact tracing of adult index patients; also implement a reverse contact tracing scheme looking for adults with TB from child index patients. New dispersible child-friendly TB medicines will be provided to all children diagnosed with TB via this initiative.
