Improve access to care for people with TB in Cameroon by engaging healthcare workers and strengthening TB treatment coverage at all levels of the health system. The project will establish a strong specimen referral network between community health centers and TB testing sites and close gaps along the care pathway in real-time through active patient follow-up facilitated by the use of a mobile app.
