This project will strengthen the programmatic roll-out of the All-Oral Regimen and BPaL in Viet Nam by introducing the Xpert MTB/XDR assay for rapid detection of fluoroquinolone resistance and XDR-TB, together with community-based and mHealth-enhanced linkage to care, adverse drug reaction and event monitoring, patient follow-up and differentiated social protection packages.
