Scale up programmatic TB active case finding using private health care providers in urban slums in two cities in Ghana; strengthen PPM DOTS using private labs, pharmacies and clinics. The NHIS would reimburse cost of enrolled patients’ consultations and case review in private clinics as an incentive. CSOs would detect cases and create demand for TB services within these communities and facilities.
