Improve childhood TB detection via already proven strategies in roughly one quarter of Kenya’s population, focusing on improving human capacity and providing decision support in paediatric care, by connecting community clinicians with expert specialists via ECHO software. It will also evaluate ways to improve bacteriological diagnosis of childhood TB.
