Scale up successful PPM approach piloted in Wave 5 by implementing activities in new cities, engaging new types of providers, increasing Xpert coverage and strengthening data systems. This large-scale implementation will establish a strong evidence base to inform a PPM policy dialogue that will hopefully unlock new avenues for PPM funding in Viet Nam.
