Improve low TB case notification in 6 hard-to-reach riverine areas of the Niger Delta. The project will implement systematic symptom screening in the community and health facilities, installation of solar powered GeneXpert systems, SMS reminders for adherence, and results based incentive funds for community initiated projects providing social support for TB patients.
