Determine feasibility and acceptability of Video DOT in a high-burden, resource constrained MDR-TB clinic in the Philippines where smartphones penetration is moderate and growing, to see if VDOT can be rolled out in a high MDR-TB burden country with a reasonable internet coverage and high smart phone usage.
