Project LIGHT (LED Fluorescent Microscopy In Gaining TB Cases in High Workload Teaching Hospitals). LIGHT introduced LED microscopes to 200 medical colleges across the country, included training for laboratory staff, introduction of appropriate quality assurance and monitored impact on case finding & treatment outcome.
