Implement and evaluate community-based case finding strategies: 1) providing monetary incentives to TB survivors to find others with TB; 2) using community-based lay counsellor teams to minimize loss in the patient care cascade; and 3) engaging community leaders and key influencers to raise awareness of TB and available services.
