Expand the successful engagement of government-employed female Health Extension Workers (HEWs) to conduct community TB case finding in rural areas. The project will establish a vast sample transportation network to expand access to next-generation molecular diagnostics (Xpert MTB/RIF Ultra) and evaluate the effectiveness of a transport preservation medium (PrimeStore-MTM).
