Combine island-wide TB case-finding campaign with treatment of latent TB infection (LTBI) using a short-course regimen (3HP). Operational research will assess whether C-reactive protein (CRP)-based TB screening can reduce the cost and therefore facilitate scale-up of TB case finding and prevention.
